About the role
- Support daily leadership of dining operations across multiple dining venues.
- Assist the Director of Dining Services in managing dining managers, service teams, and culinary staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain strong collaboration between front-of-house service teams and culinary operations.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and development of dining service associates.
- Monitor and drive day to day operations.
- Manage payroll using company software system.
- Manage quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Requires ability to solve unique and complex problems
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification.
- Strong customer service principles and practices are required.
