About the role

  • Support daily leadership of dining operations across multiple dining venues.
  • Assist the Director of Dining Services in managing dining managers, service teams, and culinary staff.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional hospitality.
  • Maintain strong collaboration between front-of-house service teams and culinary operations.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and development of dining service associates.
  • Monitor and drive day to day operations.
  • Manage payroll using company software system.
  • Manage quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
  • Requires ability to solve unique and complex problems
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification.
  • Strong customer service principles and practices are required.
