  • Lead daily catering operations across multiple outlets (Staff Restaurants, Barista Bars, Kitchenettes, and bespoke hospitality events)
  • Manage, train, and support a large team including supervisors, chefs, and service staff
  • Deliver strong financial performance by managing budgets, labour costs, stock, and profitability
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer experience
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen controls, and health & safety regulations
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and customers
  • Drive continuous improvement, menu innovation, sustainability initiatives, and service efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage large‑scale, fast‑paced operations
