About the role
- Lead daily catering operations across multiple outlets (Staff Restaurants, Barista Bars, Kitchenettes, and bespoke hospitality events)
- Manage, train, and support a large team including supervisors, chefs, and service staff
- Deliver strong financial performance by managing budgets, labour costs, stock, and profitability
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer experience
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen controls, and health & safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and customers
- Drive continuous improvement, menu innovation, sustainability initiatives, and service efficiency
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage large‑scale, fast‑paced operations
- Ability to work full time in the European union, excellent command of English essential
