About the role
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field
- FMP (Facility Management Professional) or SFP (Sustainability Facility Professional) certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 7–10 years of management experience in large-scale residential campuses, corporate housing, or high-density hospitality environments (3,000+ occupants)
- Proven track record of managing a "Mother Site" while simultaneously standing up additional satellite locations
- Strong mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) knowledge with specific experience in water treatment/softening and high-efficiency air filtration
- Expert-level experience with CMMS and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asset Essentials)
- Exceptional ability to lead in a high-pressure, "mission-critical" environment
- Experience managing facilities in extreme climates
