About the role

  • Monthly and quarterly preparation of client management accounts
  • Preparation of annual financial statements for client companies and liaising with auditors
  • Ensuring data integrity and conducting quality checks on client reports to maintain accuracy.
  • Management of all financial reporting requests for client funds
  • Bi-monthly ROI VAT filings
  • Responsible for filing of company annual returns and other company secretary duties
  • Trial balance reconciliations across property portfolio
  • Daily liaising with the property managers

Requirements

  • Be a qualified accountant with a minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting
  • Full understanding of ROS filings
  • Understanding of RCT (desirable)
  • Show proven experience in dealing effectively with multiple clients / projects
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Have an excellent understanding of accounting principles
  • Have strong organisational & communication skills
  • Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in property accounting (desirable)
