About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls with the objective of one-call resolution.
- Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Audit company service programs for compliance and follow-up on customer callbacks.
- Maintain required departmental records, reports, and files.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.
