About the role

  • Support our administrative team in Aramark-managed gastronomic facilities
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial statements based on data submitted by the operating sites
  • Review data transmissions and system interfaces
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Handle accruals, inventories and transfers between sites
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Reconcile and resolve customer and site accounts

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or comparable vocational training
  • Experience in the hospitality/catering industry is an advantage
  • Solid business administration knowledge
  • Quick comprehension and reliability
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
