About the role
- Support our administrative team in Aramark-managed gastronomic facilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial statements based on data submitted by the operating sites
- Review data transmissions and system interfaces
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Handle accruals, inventories and transfers between sites
- Maintain customer master data
- Reconcile and resolve customer and site accounts
Requirements
- Completed commercial or comparable vocational training
- Experience in the hospitality/catering industry is an advantage
- Solid business administration knowledge
- Quick comprehension and reliability
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
