About the role
- oversee food & beverage warehouse operations: Product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products
- manage the warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and performance management
- achieve financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans for improvement
- ensure prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information
- provide and support safety leadership
Requirements
- at least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations
- prior experience with direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- ability to work an event based schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
