About the role
- Build business partnerships with customers and meet their expectations
- Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth and customer retention
- Deliver and stock clients with products in a timely manner
- Find opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue
- Maintain respectful relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of products
- Operate company vehicles safely and cleanly
- Maintain inventory levels at customer locations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification
- Ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
- Proficient or can be trained to sell product to customers
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with the CMV policy
- Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical
