About the role
- Coordinate store operations and task assignments
- Serve as an example for team members in customer service
- Maintain a professional atmosphere in the absence of management
- Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed
- Conduct monthly safety inspections and file reports
- Handle nightly cash balance and auditing tasks
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Mathematical skills required for sales reports and audits
- Must be of legal age to work with alcohol
- Proof of responsible alcohol training program required where applicable
- Flexible, willing to work rotational schedule including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written
- Computer literate in MS Office programs
- Ability to operate equipment like photocopier, vacuum cleaner, calculator, printer, telephone, and POS system
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism
