About the role
- Lead custodial operations
- Supervise, train and direct custodial associates
- Coordinate custodial and housekeeping operations
- Maintain communication with department managers and directors
- Inspect the facility to ensure total quality management requirements
- Review job orders and coordinate activities of custodial employees
- Maintain compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must read, write and understand the native language
- Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply basic math functions
- Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking
