About the role
- Managing a fast-paced & high-volume setting
- Full cycle from purchasing to inventory and maintaining facility well-being
- Guiding and controlling F&B warehouse functions
- Minimizing product cost and maintaining inventory controls
- Safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products
- Planning arrangement of goods within the warehouse
- Ensuring efficiency targets met and maintaining computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
- Ensuring accurate products on hand to support sales volume and product mix
- Executing vendor and purchasing compliance, receiving, processing, forecasting, storing, and distributing all Stadium concessions, restaurant, and suites inventory and equipment
- Supervising all warehouse staff and potentially leading the pre-kitting process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience
- 3-5 years in a supervisory management role within a warehouse setting
- Experience working in a high-volume stadium or sports setting is helpful
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, diverse environment with focus on client and customer services
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable
- Previous inventory management and control experience required
- Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
