About the role
- Overseeing all aspects of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at an Aramark client site
- Leading a dedicated team and building partnerships
- Guiding frontline leaders and fostering a culture of growth
- Driving operational efficiency through effective labor planning and scheduling
- Building relationships with client site leadership and participating in business reviews
- Ensuring compliance with Aramark Facilities Management standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of facilities management leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, including boilers, chillers, generators, and HVAC/R equipment
- Background in developing maintenance strategies and O&M capital planning is a plus
- Experience in GMP environments or other highly regulated settings is strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPMM (or equivalent) are a strong advantage
