About the role

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of facilities management leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, including boilers, chillers, generators, and HVAC/R equipment
  • Background in developing maintenance strategies and O&M capital planning is a plus
  • Experience in GMP environments or other highly regulated settings is strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CPMM (or equivalent) are a strong advantage
