About the role
- Management of food service facilities operated by Aramark
- Culinary and commercial/operational management and leadership of the team
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration (including accounting and operational billing)
- Responsibility for compliance with food regulations and internal standards
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef/cook
- Additional qualification as a hotel business manager (Hotelbetriebswirt) or master (Meister) is advantageous
- Solid business and numerical/financial understanding
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
