- Support the successful adoption of talent acquisition programs and processes
- Develop and execute change management strategies
- Maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources
- Track adoption metrics and assist in preparing progress reports for leadership
- Build and maintain the TA communications calendar
Requirements
- Internship or coursework in organizational development, change management, instructional design, or learning & development
- Experience creating training materials, job aids, or e-learning content
- Familiarity with adult learning principles
- Exposure to project coordination or project management concepts
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environment
- Interest in pursuing change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or learning certifications (e.g., ATD)
