About the role
- Lead the daily operations of attendants and Micro Market routes—planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure top-tier service.
- Coordinate and oversee product deliveries to client locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Serve as the primary client partner, maintaining strong communication, trust, and collaboration.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team—supporting growth, performance, morale, and teamwork.
- Provide ongoing, real-time feedback and recognition to attendants on service quality, productivity, safety, and client engagement.
- Manage weekly inventory with precision; place orders to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Champion a strong Service and Safety culture, using your leadership to boost employee engagement and strengthen client partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, building a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Ensure exceptional retail convenience execution across all client sites.
- Resolve client service issues, conducting daily Micro Market visits to identify and address opportunities.
- Foster clear, effective communication at all levels—team, client, and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate business and administrative records, including personnel files, invoices, inventory logs, and client documentation.
Requirements
- Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Valid passport or original birth certificate
- Valid driver’s license
