About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk
- Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Manage a team of front desk agents and resolve guest concerns
- Optimize operational performance and maintain hotel standards
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with hotel departments for a seamless guest experience
- Manage room inventory and billing processes
- Ensure proper usage of Property Management System (PMS)
- Continuously train front desk staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other hotel management software
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
