About the role
- Directs, coordinates and controls the sanitation function within all factory operations
- Implements sanitation policies, programs and procedures
- Ensures and maintains a food safe environment through compliance to all requirements
- Maintains client relationship
- Supports General Plant Safety, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Assists in the implementation of employee training in sanitation procedures
- Develops and continually reviews sanitation procedures, standards and policies
- Assists and accompanies all regulatory inspectors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sanitation Operations
- Must read, write and understand the native language
- Requires knowledge of machinery related to sanitation operations
- Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics
- Ability to work well under time constraints
