About the role
- Responsible for store operations and guest services
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
- Coordinate hiring and staffing for events and store
- Ensure customer service training and product knowledge development
- Manage cash accountability, security, and financial transaction reporting
- Maintain effective client and customer rapport
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Point of Sales systems familiarity
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard
