About the role
- Management of Aramark-operated food service facilities
- Culinary and business/operational management, including team leadership
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with food safety laws and internal standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality
- Additional qualification as a hotel business administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or master craftsman (Meister) is advantageous
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Organizational skills and strong interpersonal competence
