About the role
- Management of Aramark-operated foodservice facilities
- Culinary and commercial management as well as leadership of the team
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration (including accounting and operational billing)
- Responsibility for compliance with food safety legislation and internal standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Cook
- Additional qualification as a Hotel Business Manager (Hotelbetriebswirt) or Master Craftsman (Meister) is an advantage
- Commercial/numerical understanding
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal competence
