About the role

  • Oversee day-to-day Retail operations
  • Plan, administer and direct all activities related to multiple site retail and catering functions
  • Ensure compliance to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Interact with Client Management and maintain effective client and customer relations
  • Identify ARAMARK service expansion opportunities
  • Provide overall direction and manage performance for supervisors and front line employees
  • Develop operational component forecasts and explain variances

Requirements

  • 2-4 years progressive retail management experience preferred
  • Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree or an Associates Degree
  • Experience in managing multiple points of sales and multiple retail sites
  • 5-8 years experience with minimum of $5+M in managed volume
  • Strong financial acumen supported by successful P&L management experience
  • Effective communication skills with clients and customers
  • Attention to high quality standards and quality control procedures
  • Ability to write letters, summaries and reports using prescribed format
