About the role
- Oversee day-to-day Retail operations
- Plan, administer and direct all activities related to multiple site retail and catering functions
- Ensure compliance to food safety and sanitation standards
- Interact with Client Management and maintain effective client and customer relations
- Identify ARAMARK service expansion opportunities
- Provide overall direction and manage performance for supervisors and front line employees
- Develop operational component forecasts and explain variances
Requirements
- 2-4 years progressive retail management experience preferred
- Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree or an Associates Degree
- Experience in managing multiple points of sales and multiple retail sites
- 5-8 years experience with minimum of $5+M in managed volume
- Strong financial acumen supported by successful P&L management experience
- Effective communication skills with clients and customers
- Attention to high quality standards and quality control procedures
- Ability to write letters, summaries and reports using prescribed format
