About the role
- Lead the daily operations of attendants and Micro Market routes
- Coordinate and oversee product deliveries to client locations
- Serve as the primary client partner
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team
- Provide ongoing, real-time feedback and recognition to attendants
- Manage weekly inventory with precision
- Champion a strong Service and Safety culture
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Ensure exceptional retail convenience execution
- Resolve client service issues
- Foster clear, effective communication at all levels
- Maintain accurate business and administrative records
Requirements
- Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Valid passport or original birth certificate
- Valid driver’s license
