About the role
- Directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent
- Makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team, including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status
- Leads, mentors, engages, and develops teams to maximize their contributions
- Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements
- Requires at least five to seven years of leadership experience in a healthcare facility supporting multiple services (security, environment services, valet)
- Requires at least five to seven years of experience in a management role
- Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
