About the role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk area
- Lead a team of front desk staff ensuring exceptional guest service
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze performance data for improvements
- Coordinate bus tour groups' arrivals and departures
- Prepare reports on group activities and present findings to upper management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Excellent guest services and leadership skills
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Able to read, write and understand the English language
- Must be able to multi-task and work with accuracy
- Excellent communications skills required
