About the role

Create and post engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts, including photos, videos, and stories.
Develop eye-catching flyers, brochures, digital graphics, and promotional materials to support dining initiatives.
Represent the dining program at campus events, distribute promotional materials, and interact with students to increase awareness of dining options.
Executing fun pop up tables to increase engagement and meal plan sales.
Gather student input on dining experiences and relay valuable insights to improve our program.
Be a knowledgeable resource for students about meal plans, dining locations, and special promotions.
Work closely with dining management and Chefs to develop and execute marketing strategies, and implement students feedback.

Currently enrolled at the University of Albany.
Passion for social media, marketing, and engaging with peers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Creativity and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred).
Experience with Instagram and TikTok (content creation experience is a plus!).
