About the role
- Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units for a large and complex district normally generating $20M+ in revenue
- Accountable for the execution of our food & nutrition programs in K12 school districts
- Focus on growth, cost, and productivity
- Leading teams to deliver an exceptional experience
- Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
- Multi-unit/multi-site leadership in contract food management and/or large scale food service operations
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in a Profit/Loss environment across multiple units/sites
- Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years, including P&L responsibility within the food and beverage industries
- Advanced degree in business or related field is preferred.
