About the role

  • The Culinary Bench Manager is responsible for supporting culinary operations in senior living facilities

  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control

Requirements

  • Requires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in senior living/healthcare
  • Requires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be a certified dietary manager, or a certified food service manager; or has similar national certification for food service management and safety
