About the role
- Responsible for operations of assigned retail location
- Ensure efficient operations in line with Aramark’s policies, procedures, and client contract
- Coordinate the store’s guest services for positive impressions
- Manage overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other operational needs
- Hire staff and ensure accurate staffing for events or store
- Ensure customer service program development and training
- Maintain accurate procedures for opening and closing the store
- Address and resolve customer issues
- Lead periodic physical inventories and verify accurate ticketing of merchandise
Requirements
- Requires 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems
- Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule including some evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Profit and loss (P&L) accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
