About the role
- Plan and lead premium operations across multiple units within the arena
- Oversee the Premium team and manage catering orders and events
- Ensure departmental budgets and financial goals are met
- Develop and implement premium dining solutions
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Implement a comprehensive marketing plan for premium services
- Train and lead premium services employees
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Previous experience in events and catering and premium services required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work event-based hours
- Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
