About the role

  • Provide HR generalist support for the Frost Bank Center
  • Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s including hotline calls response, investigation and follow
  • Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent required
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations
