About the role
- Provide HR generalist support for the Frost Bank Center
- Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s including hotline calls response, investigation and follow
- Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up
Requirements
- HR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent required
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations
