About the role

  • Leading the kitchen team in Aramark-operated food service facilities at the Generali Arena
  • Preparing fresh dishes and presenting them attractively
  • Friendly communication with guests and customers
  • Responsible for weekly menu planning
  • Monitoring inventory and placing replenishment orders
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Cook/Chef
  • Further qualification as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager or training in hotel management is an advantage
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in gastronomy/hospitality
  • Excellent manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Quality awareness, organizational skills, and team spirit
  • Proficient computer skills
