About the role
- Leading the kitchen team in Aramark-operated food service facilities at the Generali Arena
- Preparing fresh dishes and presenting them attractively
- Friendly communication with guests and customers
- Responsible for weekly menu planning
- Monitoring inventory and placing replenishment orders
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Cook/Chef
- Further qualification as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager or training in hotel management is an advantage
- Relevant professional and leadership experience in gastronomy/hospitality
- Excellent manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Quality awareness, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Proficient computer skills
