About the role
- Lead custodial operations and supervise, train and direct the custodial associates
- Maintain communication with department managers and directors
- Tour and inspect the facility for quality management requirements
- Review job orders and specifications to understand project needs
- Maintain compliance with Aramark’s and client’s standards and regulations
- Maintain all records and reports as required by regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must read, write and understand the native language
- Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics
- Must maintain friendly, efficient customer service demeanor
- This role may have physical demands
