About the role

  • Participate in international SuccessFactors implementation projects, primarily focusing on the modules: SuccessFactors Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0 (priority) and SuccessFactors Employee Central (desirable)
  • Design, prototype and configure the SuccessFactors solution
  • Plan and execute testing, cutover activities and go-live tasks
  • Support clients during deployment, with a strong focus on the onboarding user experience
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer, user adoption and change management
  • Deliver user training sessions
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, HRIS, information systems or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience on SuccessFactors projects
  • Expertise in, or strong interest in, SuccessFactors Onboarding (required)
  • Knowledge of Employee Central (EC – Core HR) is a strong plus
  • SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 are highly valued
  • Fluent French required; English required for working with international stakeholders
  • Strong client orientation, problem-solving mindset and solutions-focused approach
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
