Analyst

• Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
• Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs)
• Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate potential shortages or discrepancies
• Support reverse logistics and product return processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness
• Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations
• Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery timeline management
• Help identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and data integrity

Logistics Analyst – Temporary, 4+ Months

Hardware Engineer

• Lead hardware engineering throughout product lifecycle from concept to production
• Manage domestic and offshore manufacturing operations
• Oversee and validate ODM designs to meet Arable’s quality standards
• Develop technical documentation for designs, testing, and support
• Lead prototyping efforts for new hardware products and features
• Participate in product validation and testing with QA teams
• Collaborate with product management, software, operations, and customer success
• Manage key vendor relationships and component selection
• Coordinate bug tracking and resolution for hardware issues
• Support manufacturing test fixtures and processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, helping to influence technology direction and build long-term organizational capability

Principal Hardware Engineer / Director of Hardware

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Arable and strategic partners
• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, partners, and growers
• Participate in regular partner meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and accountability
• Represent Arable in high-visibility customer interactions and sustainability initiatives
• Lead the implementation of agricultural sustainability and water stewardship programs across Mexico
• Ensure programs are executed according to Arable’s standards and quality expectations
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions across stakeholders
• Support the expansion of programs into new regions and customers
• Provide direction and oversight to partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance
• Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple stakeholders
• Engage with growers where possible and ensure a strong overall customer experience
• Develop a strong understanding of Arable’s technology and data outputs
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners
