• Manage supplier panel performance through structured governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement actions
• Define and maintain supplier development and performance management strategies
• Establish long-term capability development roadmaps for strategic and critical suppliers
• Develop supplier capacity management processes supporting business growth and S&OP
• Own and manage the end-to-end supplier qualification process
• Build proactive qualification plans aligned with demand forecasts, sourcing strategies, product introductions, and growth plans
• Define governance models and KPIs for supplier qualification, readiness, and performance
• Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans
• Coordinate qualification activities with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement
• Collect, validate, and consolidate strategic supplier capacity data
• Translate supplier capacity information into actionable S&OP insights
• Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans for bottlenecks and supply risks
• Represent supplier readiness and capacity topics in operational and executive reviews
• Build collaborative relationships with key suppliers
• Promote the interests and image of the Sourcing function
