About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage supplier panel performance through structured governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement actions
Define and maintain supplier development and performance management strategies
Establish long-term capability development roadmaps for strategic and critical suppliers
Develop supplier capacity management processes supporting business growth and S&OP
Own and manage the end-to-end supplier qualification process
Build proactive qualification plans aligned with demand forecasts, sourcing strategies, product introductions, and growth plans
Define governance models and KPIs for supplier qualification, readiness, and performance
Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans
Coordinate qualification activities with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement
Collect, validate, and consolidate strategic supplier capacity data
Translate supplier capacity information into actionable S&OP insights
Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans for bottlenecks and supply risks
Represent supplier readiness and capacity topics in operational and executive reviews
Build collaborative relationships with key suppliers
Promote the interests and image of the Sourcing function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, supply chain management, supplier development, or supplier quality
Experience managing supplier performance and development programs
Good understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Good understanding of supplier qualification processes
Experience working in a complex international environment
Excellent understanding of sourcing and procurement
Knowledge of supplier development and performance management
Knowledge of supplier qualification processes
Knowledge of supplier capacity assessment and planning
Knowledge of S&OP and demand planning integration
Knowledge of quality systems and supplier audits
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics capabilities
Strategic thinking, decision-making, strong analytical skills, and results orientation
Leadership without direct authority
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaboration, teamwork, change management, and continuous improvement mindset
Customer and business focus
Fluent French and English, written and spoken
Certification in procurement, supply chain, and/or quality management is a plus
