About the role
- Qualify leads via telephone and written communication
- Respond to inquiries
- Handle relevant objections
- Follow up on leads
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars with the client’s Sales Team
- Ongoing communication with the client, including regular reporting
Requirements
- Persistence, strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone, and a confident presence when engaging business decision-makers
- High level of self-motivation and the determination to meet agreed sales targets
- Quick comprehension: you identify the value of solutions and can convey this effectively over the phone
- Native-level German (spoken and written)
