Software Engineer

• Support data quality and customer success by identifying and correcting data inconsistencies and assisting with custom data requests
• Diagnose and resolve SQL issues, conduct SQL diagnostics, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide on-call support
• Design and deliver reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports and maintain critical compliance and client-specific reports
• Lead data migrations and transformations from competitor systems into Emphasys products
• Collaborate in Agile teams participating in ceremonies and working closely with Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
• Monitor and tune SQL queries, indexes, and procedures to improve performance and scalability
• Document and share knowledge, maintaining documentation for database changes, migrations, troubleshooting steps, and fixes
