About the role

  • Identify and prospect companies that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads using sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, rapport-building, and others
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executives team
  • Log and update all interactions in the CRM
  • Monitor the performance of commercial activities against established targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to refine commercial approaches.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a mid-level BDR with outbound prospecting responsibilities
  • Experience in corporate benefits, health insurance, or healthcare solutions is a plus
  • Experience qualifying leads and generating sales opportunities
  • Practical knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Ramper, Snovio, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Sales/Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills, self-management, and results orientation
  • Clear, persuasive communication and ease in building client relationships.
