About the role
- Responsible for selling company products and securing new customers
- Investigate potential new product uses or applications
- Perform field promotional work to sell and secure new business
- Develop sales and secure business in new territories or industries
- Establish new dealership partners and grow the network of dealerships
- Prospect new markets to establish a dealership base
- Assist with the services of the Company’s technical staff to determine customers’ needs
- Prepare formal presentations to customers on proposed products
- Expedite complaints in accordance with company policies and assist to resolve problems
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or commensurate work experience required
- 5 years of Outside Sales, or related work experience required
- 2 years of people management experience required
- Financial industry experience required
- Understanding of Indirect Consumer Financing preferred
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time throughout assigned territory
- Prior knowledge and experience in Recreational dealership sales or banking preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
