About the role
- Support global B2B sales efforts by executing Aqua’s Inside Sales Calendar
- Propose and coordinate engaging topics for trade newsletters and LinkedIn posts
- Collaborate with Marketing (Content & Creative teams) to develop accurate and compelling trade communications
- Coordinate distribution of communications through Zoho Campaigns and CRM tools
- Maintain updated profiles in consortia and affiliations
- Share news, promotions, and incentives across partner platforms
- Support the creation of marketing assets, translations, presentations, and sales materials
- Assist with logistics, registrations, booth coordination, and marketing materials for events
- Upload contracts, engagement plans, and alerts in Zoho Projects
- Support monthly reports and Inside Sales metrics
- Participate in weekly and monthly calls with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and other teams
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in marketing, commercial, or B2B roles within tourism/hospitality
- Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with tight timelines
- Proactivity, creativity, and strong teamwork abilities
- Tech‑savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
