As a coach/player, lead the ecosystem enablement team -for both edge and enterprise products- to establish trust and transparency with Wind River’s partners
Validate complete solutions combining hardware from leading silicon and system vendors, Wind River platforms, and industry-specific applications, delivering a frictionless experience for our customers
Share roadmaps and collaborate with Product Management to align and drive go-to-market strategies
Architect solutions and actively engage with Engineering to establish best practices for automated and smooth validation of hardware, applications, or both.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with enterprise software platforms
3+ years as a team leader in a software company focusing on ecosystems and partners
Clear understanding of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem
Strong analytical abilities, with excellent written and oral communication skills
Proactive, ownership-driven leader who takes accountability for outcomes and ensures teams deliver high-impact results
Strong problem solver able to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and build or improve scalable processes as needed
Strong collaboration mindset
Experience with open source is strongly desired
Ability to attract, hire, coach, and retain talent
Experience in software and system architecture is preferred
Program management experience a plus
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Bachelor’s degree with suitable experience.
