About the role
- Spearhead the regional vision and engagement with key partners, identifying opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation.
- Engage deeply with regional Wind River Account Managers and drive partner engagement and collaboration with key customers ensuring the needs on both sides are being met.
- Leverage deep partnership experience to drive transformative change as we grow and develop our partnership and ecosystem scale across partner types and industries.
- Demonstrate a strong operational and execution mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across field sales, product development, marketing, and finance to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and curating revenue and scale-generating partnerships with various partner types.
- A strong background in professional services, software sales, and development, with proven expertise in delivering growth through partner ecosystems.
- Engineering mindset, with the ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of software solutions in the context of partners.
- Excellent track record in executive engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business level English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
