About the role
- Assessing training needs, creating training materials, and teaching classes.
- Help students with hands-on activities on Wind River’s DevSecOps and edge products.
- Develop student assessments that will verify competency.
- Prepare, maintain and ensure continuous availability of student lab environments.
- Mentor junior developers in tooling, product workflows, writing clarity, and lab building.
- Present technical concepts and specific solutions to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience creating and managing hands-on labs and lecture content
- Ability to drive cross-org initiatives with high complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to develop deep technical expertise across multiple products and platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills including the ability to present advanced technical concepts
- Strongly familiar with cloud or edge environments (e.g. git)
- The ability to work on a team & independently to develop training material
- Experience in content development tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, XML-based authoring tools, Camtasia, and others
- Experience designing assessments
- Experience developing and presenting content to technical customer learners
