About the role
- Report to Solutions Architect Team Lead and support Sales Team to drive deals and technical solutions
- Show clients HubSpot capabilities and architect solutions meeting client requirements
- Craft vision for solutions and share compelling user stories with prospects
- Co-sell deals alongside A8 and HubSpot’s Sales Teams
- Build demo portals and Proof of Concepts to support Sales Process
- Produce scopes of work for projects
- Review technical documentation to assess feasibility
- Architect business and technical solutions for prospects during the pre-sale phase
- Contribute to the Solution Architect body of knowledge
- Serve as a technical SME for delivery teams post-sale
Requirements
- Technical sales background
- Experience building solutions in HubSpot
- Previous experience translating business and technical requirements into project scopes
- Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience conducting discovery and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot’s products and use cases
- Embrace responsible AI use to make yourself, team, and customer more efficient
- A deep passion for technology and the ability to learn quickly
