About the role

  • Report to Solutions Architect Team Lead and support Sales Team to drive deals and technical solutions
  • Show clients HubSpot capabilities and architect solutions meeting client requirements
  • Craft vision for solutions and share compelling user stories with prospects
  • Co-sell deals alongside A8 and HubSpot’s Sales Teams
  • Build demo portals and Proof of Concepts to support Sales Process
  • Produce scopes of work for projects
  • Review technical documentation to assess feasibility
  • Architect business and technical solutions for prospects during the pre-sale phase
  • Contribute to the Solution Architect body of knowledge
  • Serve as a technical SME for delivery teams post-sale

Requirements

  • Technical sales background
  • Experience building solutions in HubSpot
  • Previous experience translating business and technical requirements into project scopes
  • Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience conducting discovery and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot’s products and use cases
  • Embrace responsible AI use to make yourself, team, and customer more efficient
  • A deep passion for technology and the ability to learn quickly
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated
