About the role

  • Review, analyze, & draft a wide range of contracts & agreements
  • Engage in contract negotiations with internal stakeholders
  • Undertake ad-hoc legal project work including commercial contract due diligence
  • Ensure that all contracts & agreements adhere to applicable laws, regulations, & company policies
  • Identify & assess potential legal risks associated with contracts
  • Maintain a contract management system to monitor contract status, key milestones, & renewals
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters
  • Stay updated with relevant legal developments & precedents

Requirements

  • 12-18 years of experience working at a Senior position
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law principles
  • Good people management and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and articulate legal matters presentations
  • Experience in reviewing cross border agreements
  • Familiarity with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
