Support Specialist

• Respond to customer inquiries through approved phone, email, chat, or support channels
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and routine support requests
• Troubleshoot routine issues and resolve requests using established procedures
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
• Document customer interactions, requests, resolutions, and follow-up activities accurately
• Monitor assigned requests and ensure appropriate follow-through through resolution
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, colleagues, and business partners
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer and service-related issues
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company security, privacy, and operational procedures
• Participate in training, team meetings, quality initiatives, and process improvements
• Identify recurring issues and communicate opportunities to improve customer service
• Complete other reasonable support and administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain reliable connectivity during scheduled working hours
• Communicate promptly with the team and attend required virtual meetings and training
