About the role
- You support the HR team in day-to-day and project work, gaining insight into many facets of modern, international human resources.
- You contribute to recruiting and onboarding and can take ownership of specific tasks and topic areas.
- You perform administrative and research tasks that help keep our HR team up to date.
- You assist in the creative and authentic shaping of the HR team's internal and external presence.
- You support the implementation of a new HR software.
Requirements
- You are currently successfully pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
- You speak German fluently and can communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
- You have an outgoing personality, enjoy proactively engaging with different people, and take initiative.
- You bring a solid sense of responsibility and want to actively contribute yourself and your ideas to a great team.
- Initial practical experience is an advantage.
