• Deploy, operate, manage, monitor and maintain server infrastructures in IT and OT environments
• Commission hardware and software applications
• Manage upgrades and installation of security tools
• Identify and resolve Level 2 incidents or escalate them to a higher level while managing communications
• Document infrastructures and issues
• Train IT contacts as needed and provide them with support
• Consolidate, centralize, secure and standardize IT infrastructures applied to industrial environments
• Optimize the number of servers at local sites
• Ensure segregation of OT systems and networks from the IT environment
• Participate in maintaining governance and SLAs across the entire scope
• Participate in project execution within the Group
