About the role
- Deploy, operate, manage, monitor and maintain server infrastructures in IT and OT environments
- Commission hardware and software applications
- Manage upgrades and installation of security tools
- Identify and resolve Level 2 incidents or escalate them to a higher level while managing communications
- Document infrastructures and issues
- Train IT contacts as needed and provide them with support
- Consolidate, centralize, secure and standardize IT infrastructures applied to industrial environments
- Optimize the number of servers at local sites
- Ensure segregation of OT systems and networks from the IT environment
- Participate in maintaining governance and SLAs across the entire scope
- Participate in project execution within the Group
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' experience in an international, multi-site industrial group
- Significant experience in systems and network administration for industrial environments
- Ability to coordinate and work in an international, remote environment
- Experience managing projects in an international context
- Strong incident resolution skills and experience providing user support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize actions to ensure service quality
